achieve independent social work services

ACHIEVE's Associate Independent Senior Social Workers are each deemed as experts within their chosen field of social work and bring a minimum of ten years post qualifying experience. They each possess a sound understanding of legislative requirements and frameworks within their specialist area of social work and are highly skilled in the analysis and management of risk.

At ACHIEVE we are passionate and committed to protecting the welfare of those most vulnerable in our society. We take this commitment extremely seriously and believe that a robust quality assurance process is critical to this aim. Every piece of work that is undertaken by our Associate Social Workers is scrutinised and audited by our Performance Managers to ensure that reports/assessments are independent of statutory and public bodies, evidence-based with firm future planning that can be easily achieved resulting in the best possible outcomes for the child, young person or adult.
